Thursday 4 May - Not A Happy Camper has come through her trial win in really good order and put in a solid gallop again on Tuesday morning at Eagle Farm over 800m, coming home her final 200m in a sharp 11.4 seconds. View Trial Replay & Interview

Monday 24 April - We are really pleased with the progress of Not A Happy Camper.

Rob Heathcote reports she is coming along super, her regular rider loves her and whilst she gives him a feeling she has a square wheel at times, he reckons she can sure gallop. We are happy with her feet, she looks well and she will go well on Thursday. Rated a 74 she should not be too hard to place to advantage.

Tueday 11 April - Trainer Rob Heathcote will begin to step-up the workload of Not A Happy Camper at Eagle Farm albeit a week later than originally planned after a minor virus slowed her progress last week. Rob reports she looks to have put that behind her and he'll escalate her workload over the coming fortnight before mapping her towards a first trial/jumpout later this month.

Thursday 30 March - Not A Happy Camper is enjoying life despite the big wet up north in the 'Sunshine State'. Rob reports "She looks in great order so its all positive to go now with her."

Tuesday 21 March - Not A Happy Camper has arrived at her digs at Eagle Farm under the care of Rob Heathcote. She looks in great order and is settling well into her routine.

Friday 10 March - Not A Happy Camper is into her second week of pre-training with Kevin Thomas at Washpool Lodge in Queensland and he reports she's in terrific order. She's a very seasoned mare that now goes about her work like a true professional.

Tuesday 21 February - We will transfer Not A Happy Camper to the Queensland stables of Rob Heathcote for her final race campaign. She will present on arrival in Queensland in terrific order and we expect she'll be nearing a race return by late April. 

Wednesday 1 February - Not A Happy Camper is looking particularly well at Cloverdale Farm. She's probably never looked better coming out of the paddock than she'll do this campaign.

Friday 6 January - Not A Happy Camper has jarred-up from her run at Sandown and she's also a pretty tired mare, therefore we will give her a spell.

Monday 2 January - We have accepted with Not A Happy Camper in a $40,000 1300m Benchmark 78 Mares Handicap at Sandown on Wednesday 4 January.

Friday 30 December - We will save Not A Happy Camper for a $40,000 1300m Fillies & Mares Benchmark 78 on Wednesday 4 January.


Monday 19 December - Not A Happy Camper has come through her last run in good order. We'll assess how she comes through her gallop tomorrow morning before confirming Where she will head for her next start.

Thursday 17 November - Not A Happy Camper returned to Flemington on Monday in terrific order following her freshen-up and we're excited to attack the Summer with the continually improving mare.

We're eyeing off an $80,000 1200m BM84 Handicap at Flemington on Saturday 10 December first-up with her and between Flemington, Sandown and Moonee Valley – all tracks she’s raced well at in the past – there’s no shortage of suitable races over the Summer while we’ll also keep our options open to travel her to Adelaide or Sydney for the right races as well.
